Rachael Dietkus is an experienced senior-level licensed clinical social worker and trauma professional, systems thinker, and design strategist. Much of her current work draws from 20+ years of experience as an executive leader across serious and complex cause-driven issues in health and human rights, local-to-federal-level housing advocacy, social work practice, and design education. She is a fierce advocate for thoughtfully and ethically including social (and other care) workers in design, which is why she started Social Workers Who Design. She works closely with designers worldwide to build their trauma literacy and humility throughout the entire design research process while caring deeply about people and the health of the organizational cultures they work within.
